REST:Restorative Yoga Teacher Training

with Samantha Saldivar




In this comprehensive 2 day, 15hr Restorative Yoga Teacher Training, we will dive into the art and science of relaxation, explore how to find your unique voice and style as a teacher, and through experiential practice settle into a place of deep rest, peace, and ease.


When we teach authentically with compassion and love something beautiful occurs, we allow our students to blossom under our nurturing leadership, we hold space for the divine within each of us, we facilitate transformation. The techniques and practices learned throughout the weekend can be utilized to enhance rest in your life and others.


No-prerequisites required, all are welcome.





Hosted in person at EPIC Yoga SC


  • Teach 15+ Restorative Yoga poses with compassion and intelligence

  • Sequence and teach a group restorative yoga class

  • Gain the confidence and tools to lead others in finding ease and space to restore and rebalance themselves

  • Guide students so they can shift away from the sympathetic nervous system towards the parasympathetic nervous system and why it's important to do so

  • Help yourself and others to explore rich inner landscape through practice and meditation

  • Find stillness, spaciousness, and silence on your own mat and as a result, guide your students to do the same

  • Further develop your own unique voice and position yourself as a Restorative Yoga Teacher"

  • Required Books & Props:

    • Restore and Rebalance: Yoga for Deep Relaxation, Judith Hanson Lasater, PhD, PT.

    • An Eye Pillow

  • This training qualifies for Yoga Alliance CEUs

  • Limited space, pre-registration required

  • Includes a Restorative Yoga Manual





Samantha (E-RYT® 500, YACEP®) has been teaching Yoga since 2016 when she completed her first 200-hour Teacher Training with Content Souls Yoga School. Passionate about learning, she now has over 1,000 hours of Yoga education, including a 500-hour YogaWorks Certification, 50-hour Yin Yoga Certification, and  Relax and Renew® Level 1 and 2 Certifications with Judith Hanson Lasater. With her background in the relaxing and introspective Yoga lineages, Samantha teaches from a place of deep empathy. She believes the greatest gift we can give our students is our radical presence and compassion. 


Having managed Yoga studios since 2014, Samantha has an intimate knowledge of the inner workings of the Yoga industry. In her training and mentorship programs she shares with you the tools and techniques needed to accelerate your professional development. 


In all aspects of life, Samantha strives for continuous personal growth and exploration, to better herself and try new things. When not on her mat she enjoys travel, spending time outdoors, napping, reading, cooking & eating good food, and loving on her husband and two fur babies.
