This practice offers a slower-paced focus on fundamentals. Perfect for those days you need to slow down, get back to the basics and calm your mind in a well-supported practice. Postures may be approached in gradual steps, with plenty of time to focus on breathing and repetition so that the practice is simple to do and easy to remember. A fundamental style encourages a highly individualized approach to practice with on-going encouragement to make moment-to-moment adjustments. *60 Min

The slow meditative pace of this vinyasa style practice focuses on slow steady breaths and movement to build strength and stamina with smooth safe transitions. Slowing down allows time to take a reflective pause to explore connections between poses while listening to your own beautiful rhythm and create the space to go inward. This pace allows the poses to be refined and strengthened without feeling rushed into the next move, next breath, or next pose. Slow Flow is accessible for all levels of practitioners and includes book-end reflection with simple meditation. *60 Min

The connection running through this meditative, vinyasa flow practice is the linking of breath to movement and the integration of different levels of awareness ranging from structural/physical to subtle/energetic. Everyone is facilitated with refined cueing in finding your own “best serving” expression of each posture/transition through attunement that builds somatic and energetic self-awareness. This class includes a carefully designed sequence of postures that offer potential for intensity and edge-playing that is balanced with emphasis on self-care. *60 Min

yoga barre

Flow through a barre style + vinyasa infused sequence designed to strengthen while toning your entire body through barre-inspired movements. Classic barre exercises have been adapted to be performed in the center of the room either standing or on the floor. Each class is broken down into blocks of cardio fusion intervals focusing on strength, balance, power and flexibility. Move to the beat of the music with blocks and bands to emphasize control of the body and to challenge your awareness. This class is a GREAT compliment to your vinyasa and power vinyasa classes. *60 Min

yoga sculpt

A high energy vigorous yoga flow mixed with safe fundamental strength training with the use of hand weights woven in. This class is designed to sculpt your bod and complement your yoga practice and elevate your overall strength and fitness. To add to the fun, we add more cardio and a high energy playlist to enhance your sweatfest! 60min*

This class combines traditional mat pilates, yoga, cardio conditioning, and core training to tighten, tone, firm and strengthen your whole body. This class is high energy and lots of fun!  *60 Min

Yin is about finding stillness and cooling the body. Long, deep, static holds enable us to access the fascia and connective tissue. Yin yoga is practiced sitting or lying on the floor. There are no planks, no warriors, no core work. No dynamic sun salutations. No standing poses. The classes are suitable for beginners and more experienced practitioners alike. *60 Min

Hit the reset button...restore your body, mind and spirit in a serene candlelit setting. A super gentle class that provides an opportunity for profound relaxation and healing. A sequence of only 5-6 poses that are typically held for 5 minutes or more in a fully supported and nurturing way using several props. Restorative poses include light twists, seated forward folds, and gentle backbends.Great for those looking to relax, renew, restore and heal. Those with injuries and other physical limitations are welcome to join this practice. That feeling right after a good savasana? That’s the feeling of the whole class. chair yoga

Chair yoga is a gentle form of yoga that can be done sitting on a chair or standing on the ground while using the chair for support. It is beneficial for people with limited mobility and/or recovering from injury.
