All classes have been carefully created through safe sequencing, conscious alignment, breath awareness, meditation and relaxation. We spiritualize our physical form and honor yoga’s powerful and transformative lineage throughout every class. This class moves at a slower pace, cultivating strength and flexibility, while interspersed with options for rest and integration.


You will use props and breathing to support opening your body, moving towards a deep relaxation to relieve both physical and mental stress.


Classes draw from traditional yoga postures, and the occasional restorative and yin posture, too! Gentle Flow is great for new students, pregnant women, people recovering from illness or injury, and anyone looking for to ease into yoga. 60min*


Is the practice of connecting breath with movement. It creates a very fluid-like flow from one pose to the next while fully embodying the power of your breath.

Vinyasa has both mental and physical benefits: physically, sweat expels toxins and re-energizes your body; mentally, the synchronized breathing relaxes the mind and the series of postures are designed to help release blockages of energy within the body.

You can expect waves of relaxation, stretching, building both heat and strength, balance work, all with body + mind connection. Emphasis is given to alignment and endurance. This class is open to all levels including beginners. 

Rest and modifications are always available and offered by instructors. Variations will be given to meet needs of both beginner level students and modifications for more advanced yogis.

All students are encouraged to listen to your body and do only what feels right to you. Feel free to skip postures and take rest as needed. *60 min


Restore your body, mind and spirit in a serene candlelit setting. A super gentle class that provides an opportunity for profound relaxation and healing.


Paired with Reiki, a Japanese modality of energy work, this practice allows the gentle flow of healing energy to channel through the practitioner and gently to the receiver.


Restorative poses include light twists, seated forward folds, and gentle backbends.Great for those looking to relax, renew, restore and heal. Those with injuries and other physical limitations are welcome to join this practice. That feeling right after a good savasana? That’s the feeling of the whole class. Come and experience it for yourself! Hands off Reiki will be offered at the discretion of the student's comfort level. *60 Min

Designed to both nurture and challenge your body, prenatal yoga empowers you to trust in your birthing journey while providing a supportive community to discuss what you are experiencing. Whether you are brand new to yoga or an experienced practitioner, you will be guided gracefully through meditation, breathing, and movement. Benefits include stress reduction, while strengthening the muscles that support your baby during pregnancy and help prepare you for labor. Reconnect with your body’s innate wisdom about birth, bond with baby, and meet other mamas! All levels and stages of pregnancy welcome. *60 minutes


This practice offers a slower-paced focus on alignment of postures. Perfect for those days you need to slow down, get back to the basics and calm your mind in a well-supported practice.


Postures may be approached in gradual steps, with plenty of time to focus on breathing and repetition so that the practice is simple to do and easy to remember. A slow flow style encourages a highly individualized approach to practice with on-going encouragement to make moment-to-moment adjustments with every movement. *60 Min


This class combines hot yoga postures with power vinyasa flow. Heated Power Fusion class is taught in a heated room (approx 90-95 Degrees). Classes include balancing, core work, hip openers and inversions accompanied by high energy music and deep detoxifying twists.

Is about finding stillness and cooling the body. Long, deep, static holds enable us to access the fascia and connective tissue. Yin yoga is practiced sitting or lying on the floor. There are no planks, no warriors, no core work. No dynamic sun salutations. No standing poses. The classes are suitable for beginners and more experienced practitioners alike. *60 Min

  • LOCATION: Linda Lane Park (behind the playground, next to the picnic tables)

  • BRING: A water bottle, sunscreen, mat, towel & a friend!

  • GET THERE: Walk, bike, carpool or drive

  • PARKING: Is FREE before 10am

  • SPACE: Class participation will be limited to 25 students per/class.

  • ARRIVE: 10 min early to be checked in by teachers and support team

  • SOCIAL DISTANCE: All yoga mats will be placed 7ft apart by pre-designated markers.



The slow meditative pace of this vinyasa style practice focuses on slow steady breaths and movement to build strength and stamina with smooth safe transitions.


Slowing down allows time to take a reflective pause to explore connections between poses while listening to your own rhythm and create the space to go inward. This pace allows the poses to be refined and strengthened without feeling rushed into the next move, next breath, or next pose.


Slow Flow is accessible for all levels of practitioners and includes book-end reflection with simple meditation. *60 Min


A high energy vigorous yoga flow mixed with safe fundamental strength training with the use of hand weights woven in. This class is designed to sculpt your bod and complement your yoga practice and elevate your overall strength and fitness.


To add to the fun, we add more cardio and a high energy playlist to enhance your sweatfest! 60min*


Is a class that deeply penetrating the body using a ball that allows your body weight to penetrate into a round form that is supportive and safe. The ball provides resistance so the body receives feedback and can respond.


YBR is a fitness and therapy practice that combines healing, wellness, and injury prevention. It uses 6-10" balls to strengthen, tone, and realign the body that assists in fixing all sorts of problems, ranging from sciatica and herniated disks to fibromyalgia and low-back, neck, and shoulder pain. 60 min*
