HOW TO ATTEND YOUR CLASS
1. REGISTER: For your class as you normally would with your membership, class pack or a drop in.

2. WAIT: You will receive a text/email from us 15 minutes before the start of class with the class link and password.
3. OPTED IN? Please make sure that your Mindbody account has your correct email address and that you have OPTED-IN to email notifications:
4. LOGIN to Mindbody (your username is your email)
5. IF Necessary: Go to "My Info" tab and update your email address in your profile.
